JOB POSTINGS/SUBMISSIONS AND JOB APPLICATIONS

 

This site makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using this site or its services. You shall not be entitled to any refund, rebate or retribution for usage you deem unsuccessful.

Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC, doing business as Retail Staffing Solutions, does not guarantee the accessibility of your postings for the full term of their listing.

Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC shall not be held liable for temporary outages caused by technical or non-technical issues, including computer outages and software failure.

Any party is strictly prohibited from uploading offensive or hurtful items or hyperlinks to offensive or hurtful materials. Additionally, no items may be uploaded that are intended to damage the systems, such as viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, etc. or designed to crack the system or extract protected data.

Clients are prohibited from posting job listings that violate the terms of the Service. Specifically, the following:

(a) Disqualifying or discouraging applicants based on race, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information is prohibited.

(b) Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older, for example), disability, or genetic information during the job application process.

However, in rare instances, it may be necessary to hire a person of a specific sex, religion, or national origin to perform a particular job function that is essential to the normal operation of the Client’s business. The Company will remove any job posting that violates our policy.

 

SECURITY

 

It is strictly prohibited to access, collect, record, alter or interfere with any account data that does not belong to you. Any attempt or success in violating another user’s data or privacy will be considered a breach of this usage agreement and may result in criminal or civil proceedings.

 

SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES

 

This website and its services must not be used for illegal purposes. Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC reserves the right to terminate usage by any questionable party.

No user should submit inaccurate, incomplete or false data. Additionally, each user must only enter their own data.

This policy covers the listing of job opportunities exclusively for your company. You are not permitted to post job openings for any other company unless you represent an ad agency, recruitment firm, or another third-party recruitment service, with permission to post on behalf of a company.

No one may store excessive data on Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC’s servers or upload anything that could cause undue strain on their systems and networks.

No party may use the services for any purpose other than intended.

This policy prohibits the posting of fake job openings to collect user data.

This action is prohibited and may result in post cancellation and loss of usage rights.

No entity may use our services to harm or disrupt Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC’s services.

No third party may receive protected materials, including contact data, passwords, discounts, etc. This includes sharing data with other site users.

No party shall attempt to extract protected data from outside sources by circumventing the website’s security measures.

Midwest Merchandising Affiliates LLC reserves the right to modify, edit or delete any posted data.
